The site collects account details, business listing information, inquiries, reviews, claim requests, technical logs, and subscription identifiers. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by this website.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, publish listings, process memberships, route inquiries, moderate reviews, prevent abuse, communicate with users, and improve the service.

Public information

Approved business profile information is public. Review names and review text may also appear publicly after moderation; reviewer email addresses are not displayed.

Service providers

Hosting, email, analytics, security, and payment providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.

Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Account holders may update listing details through the dashboard and manage billing through Stripe’s customer portal. Privacy requests may be submitted through the contact page.
