Directory listings

Businesses are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and current information. The directory may edit, suspend, reject, or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, duplicate, expired, or inconsistent with these terms.

Memberships

Paid listings are annual subscriptions billed through Stripe. Renewal continues until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a prorated refund. Any refund or exception is determined by the directory’s published refund policy and applicable law.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, promotional, fraudulent, or irrelevant content may be rejected or removed.

No endorsement

Approval of a listing does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement. Users are responsible for evaluating businesses, credentials, insurance, licenses, and suitability.

Limitation

The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for transactions, disputes, losses, or services involving listed businesses.
